Alejandro Martín
Architect
Alejandro Martín approaches architecture with quiet precision and a deep appreciation for the craft of construction. Trained in both European and American contexts, his work bridges technical rigor with a nuanced understanding of space, light, and material integrity.
At Fairway Design, Alejandro leads architectural coordination on projects where the built form and landscape are inseparable. He is deeply involved from concept through construction, translating early ideas into clear drawings and executable details. Known for his calm focus and exacting standards, he brings cohesion to complex sites—ensuring that grading, drainage, and detailing align seamlessly with the firm’s broader design intent.
Originally from Madrid, Alejandro draws inspiration from vernacular landscapes and traditional building techniques, often incorporating lessons from Mediterranean architecture into contemporary work. He is particularly skilled at working with stone, wood, and site-cast materials that carry both weight and warmth.
Alejandro holds a Master of Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and is a licensed architect. He now lives in New York and contributes to both residential and institutional projects across the studio’s portfolio.
